returned. The first group to hand in all signed pink forms will receive the first choice
of available dates in Gallery 209.

I understand that I must fulfill the arrangements of the Degree Exhibition Agreement
and am returning this signed form to Amy Fichter to insure that I will be permitted to
participate in the Exhibition listed on the dates above.

I understand that if I fail to return the Degree Exhibition Agreement OR have not
completed and checked off each segment of the Degree Exhibition Agreement the
Registrar’s office will NOT be informed I have completed my Senior Show and this will
affect my ability to graduate.
