    Minutes Billings Township Special Board Meeting April 29, 2011

    Meeting Called to order by Supervisor Nephew at 7:00 AM Absent: Sue Bancaleone and Brian Johnson Agenda: None printed (litem) Resolution for Flood Plain Aerie Photos Larry N. made a motion to approve $1500.00 to be used for Flood Plain mapping. This amount is to be matched by additional townships to keep individual township costs at minimum. Motion seconded by Julia N. Roll call taken as follows: LarryN. Yea JuliaN. Yea Larry G. Yea Sue B. Absent Brian 1. Absent Motion Carried. Public and Board Comments: All present were in agreement with the need to have updated maps to determine flood plains. After the Open House May 25,2011 townships will only have 90 days to present new maps to FEMA. Suggestion was made to have a Flood Plain Committee and will be discussed at regular Board Meeting on May 9, 2011. Adjournment: 7:30AM Respectfully submitted: Barb Johnston, Deputy Clerk
