OTHER INFORMATION: (Case #, Crime, Type, Location, 1-2-Sentence Summary) 110616-0138-01 Attempted Suicide 16530 Northcross Dr/Candlewood Stes. Caller advised she was worried regarding the welfare of her husband who was staying at a local hotel. Upon officers arrival, it was determined the individual had consumed an unknown quantity of pills with two bottles of wine. The male was transported to Presby. North for further treatment and/or evaluation.
