    Court and counsel confer re case. After discussion with counsel, the Court does not order mediation in this case. The Court will allow the parties to enter into a stipulation setting forth the trial schedule, motion and discovery cut-off dates. The Court will consider a proposed schedule for fact discovery at the end of January 2010; expert disclosures, January 2010;
    summary judgment hearing cut-off, end of April, 2010; pretrial conference, June 2010; trial, June, 2010. The Court will consider vacating the discovery referral to the magistrate judge. By stipulation of the parties, the Court extends the time to file the answer on or before July 16, 2009.
