Speech of introduction Proactive, man with a vision, dedicated are the words that could best capture the

qualities of Dr.Chin Do Kham. Dr.Chin Do Kham holds two doctoral degrees : PhD in ministry and PhD in Intercultural Studies ( specialized in Leadership Development). He earned the former from Oral Roberts University, Oklahoma and the latter from Trinity International University, Chicago, USA. His belief that man should continue his quest towards a better and spiritual existence prodded him to aspire for more active involvement both in the religious and secular world. As a pro-active individual, he has accepted invitations as speaker in various business seminars and conferences in Asia, America and Europe. As a dedicated minister, he served as pastor for three years in Myanmar ( Burma) and six years in the US. His call to manage various programs of the Assemblies of God compelled him to momentarily leave his pastoral positions. At present , he is the Dean of Students and concurrently the director of Doctor of Ministry program at the Asia-Pacific theological Seminary. He is the Program Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program in Burma and the Asian Graduate School of Theology (AGST) in Makati, Philippines; Associate Director and Research Coordinator for the Doctor of Ministry at the AGST and an appointed missionary under the Division of Foreign Missions of the Assemblies of God. How Dr.Kham performs different functions at the same time is a wonder. Yet, one thing is clear. He is a figure of excellent leadership and skillful management.
