RESEARCH PROBLEM:TO STUDY THE IMPACT OF ONLINE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF ORGINAZITION (SAIL).

STATEMENT OF STUDY:THIS STUDY DEALS WITH A COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF EPMS WITH EPAS. DUE TO THE DRAWBACKS OF THE EXISTING PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM (EPAS), THE COMPANY WENT FOR A CHANGE AND INTRODUCED EPMS (EXECUTIVE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM). THIS SYSTEM WAS AN ONLINE BASED PERFORMANCE REVIEW OF THE EXECUTIVES TO ENABLE EMPLOYEES TO PLAN THEIR WORK, UTILIZE THEIR CAPABILITIES AND MAXIMIZE THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS.
