Malicious Prosecution, Negligence, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Bane Act, Ralph Act TORT CLAIM pursuant to California Government Code Section 910

To whom it concerns; I was arrested on XXXXXXXXXXX by Police and am being prosecuted by District Attorney. I am a current medical cannabis patient with a valid recommendation who voluntarily participates in the state patient identification card program to protect me from the exact harms that you are inflicting upon me. Cease and desist your prosecution immediately. Even if you do cease and desist prosecution, I may take further legal action for the wrongs you have committed against me. I am informing you, that pursuant to my rights under California law, I may decide to sue you for malicious prosecution, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring training and retention, assault, battery, false imprisonment, plus any and all other torts and legal violations that may become apparent later. This is because you arrested me and are prosecuting me for marijuana crimes even though I am a medical marijuana patient. Furthermore, I consider seeking remedy for the wrongs committed by you against me pursuant to the Bane and Ralph Acts (Civil Code Sections 51.7, 52, 52.1). My address is listed at the top of this document. The public agencies that have committed wrongs against me are the recipients of this letter plus any and all others who may have assisted these agencies in committing torts and other legal violations against me, and I may take action against all individuals whose identities are not yet known but who work for public agencies and have committed torts and other legal violations against me. Please do not think you can rely on your immunity from suit because Government Code Section 815.6 says that you can be sued when you have failed to comply with a statutory duty, here to comply with the Compassionate Use Act of 1996 as amended in 2003 (Health and Safety Code Sections 11362.5 et seq.). My lawsuit against you would not be a limited jurisdiction claim. Sincerely,

(Patient)
