Kevin McGlynn serves as a Project Manager in the Tallahassee Office of Trow Engineering Consultants, Inc.

in the Energy Services Division. Mr. McGlynn provides engineering, environmental, health & safety and project consulting support for pipeline projects, operations and other engineering projects. He began working for Trow in January, 2004. Mr. McGlynn has extensive experience in all aspects of pipeline construction projects and pipeline operations including: pipeline project management, pipeline construction management, environmental permitting, operations compliance, environmental mitigation and restoration, project safety and pipeline operations and maintenance. Prior to joining Trow, Mr. McGlynn worked for over twenty years providing project, engineering, construction, environmental and operations support to the interstate and intrastate pipeline industry for Transwestern Pipeline Company, Northern Natural Gas Company, Houston Pipeline Company, Northern Border Pipeline Company, Florida Gas Transmission Company and Enron Oil Trading and Transport (EOTT) Company. Mr. McGlynn held a variety of positions with Enron Corp in Tallahassee, Houston and Omaha, and had management responsibility for numerous capital and operations projects. As a consultant, Mr. McGlynn was responsible for all aspects of pipeline construction and environmental projects and provided operations consultation. He has MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Houston and BS in Chemical Engineering from the Catholic University.
