Human Resource Development Society (HRDS)

HRDS has been formed by the students of BS Commerce 3rd year, University of Karachi. The basic idea behind HRDS is that students should have a certain level exposure to the corporate world in order to successfully apply what they learn in the classroom. With this in mind, we strongly felt that there should be a body which will explore, bring out and hone in the talents of the students in their own disciplines and help them to achieve their career goals. For this reason, we decided to form HRDS with a view of attaining the following objectives: To provide a platform for exchange of ideas and sharing experiences amongst member. Prepare students for meeting challenges of the business world. To provide learning and development of members so as to add value to them in terms of skills, knowledge and behavior. Aware students about internship opportunities. To collaborate with other professional bodies/organization, within the country or abroad. To make rules and regulations and bye-laws for the conduct of the affairs of the society and to add, amend, vary or rescind them from time to time.
