    Customers can apply for an ADSL internet connection through either an authorized outsourcing company with offices in Dhaka and Chittagong or directly at their local BTCL Divisional Engineer's office. To apply, customers must submit 2 copies of filled application and contract forms, 1 passport photo, ID verification documents, and a copy of their most recent BTCL telephone bill showing they are an active BTCL customer.

    Or Customer may apply to respective BTCL Divisional Engineers (External) Office. Customer needs the following documents to apply for ADSL connection: 1. 2 copies of filled-in prescribed application form and 2 copies of contract form. 2. 1 copy of recent passport size photograph. 3. Attested photocopy of National ID card/ Passport/ Driving License or any other valid ID card. 4. Photocopy of demand note of the telephone and/or photocopy of last paid telephone bill.

    N.B: Only a valid BTCL telephone holder will be eligible for ADSL Connection.
