Bacon Water Chestnut Wraps


1 pound sliced bacon 2 cans whole water chestnuts, drained 1 cup Ginger Wasabi Teriyaki Marinade Sauce Cut bacon strips in half; cook until almost crisp; drain. Wrap each bacon piece around a water chestnut, secure with a toothpick. Place in ungreased baking dish. Drizzle Ginger Wasabi Teriyaki over top. Bake, uncovered at 350 F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Sweet Onion Potato Salad


7 medium red potatoes 1 large sweet onion 1 cup finely chopped celery 1 large Golden Delicious apple, unpeeled, cored and diced 1/3 cup chopped sweet pickles 12 pimiento-stuffed green olives, sliced (optional) 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar 1 Tbsp. Anna Maes Sweet Smoky Oven & Grill Sauce 1 tsp Sunset Seasoned Salt Pepper to taste In a large pot over mediumhigh heat, boil potatoes (with skins on) just until barely done; drain and cool slightly. As soon as you can handle the potatoes, peel and cut into chunks; place into a large bowl. Cut onion into quarters and slice thin; add to potatoes along with apple, celery, green olives (optional) and pickles. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar and Anna Maes. Spoon over potato mixture; mix gently. Season with Sunset Seasoned Salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

Hot Bread Cheese Dip


2 Pkgs (8 oz) cream cheese 1 c. shredded Cheddar
Cheese

1 cup Mayonnaise 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp horseradish 1/2 tsp dill 1 tsp Oh! So Garlic Chopped green onion 1/2 Pkg cooked, crisp bacon 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 4-5 drops Tabasco Combine all ingredients and mix together. Fill hollowed out pumpernickel bread saving cubes for dipping. Put top back on, wrap in foil twice. Bake at 350 F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with bread pieces, crackers and veggies.

Spinach & Herb Ranch Chicken


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp. Butter 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup bottled ranch dressing

Garlic Parmesan Salad Dressing


1 - 2 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp black pepper Whisk ingredients together in a medium bowl; chill to blend flavours. Makes about 1 1/2 cups dressing.

2 Tbsp. Spinach & Herb Mix Saut chicken in oil and butter on medium heat until lightly brown on both sides; add water to pan. Spread ranch dressing on top of chicken; sprinkle with Spinach & Herb mix. Cover; simmer for 3-5 minutes. Stir to blend sauce; serve over rice or pasta.

Pork Teriyaki Kabobs


1 lb. Pork tenderloin, cut into 12 cubes 12 large chunks fresh pineapple 12 (1 1/2) chunks red bell pepper 4-5 Tbsp. Ginger Wasabi Teriyaki Marinade & Simmer Sauce 2-3 Tbsp. honey (optional)

Blackberry Beer Baked Ham


5 lb Ham (shank end) 1 L Ginger ale or Sprite 1/2 jar Blackberry Honey Mustard 3/4 cup Anna Maes Sweet Smoky Oven & Grill Sauce 1 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp of ground cloves 1 can/bottle of beer Remove the skin from the ham and score the fat diagonally. Soak the ham in Ginger ale for at least 2 hours to remove the excess salt. Drain. In another dish, mix the Blackberry Honey Mustard and Anna Maes with cloves and pepper. Place the drained ham into a roasting pan lined with foil. Pour the beer sauces over the ham and then completely cover the ham with foil so the juices dont escape. Bake at 400 F in the oven or on the grill for 20 minutes per pound.

Omelet with Red Pepper & Onion Relish

Yammy Apple Chai Bake


1 large yam, peeled and sliced into thin pieces 4 juicy red apples, peeled and sliced 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice 4 Tbsp. Brown sugar 4 tsp Sunset Gourmet Chai mix 4 Tbsp. Butter Old Fashioned Creamy Caramel Sauce In a 2L buttered casserole dish or foil pan, place a layer of sliced yams. Cover with a layer of sliced apples. Sprinkle with half of the lemon juice, half of the brown sugar and half of the Chai mix. Dab with half of the butter and repeat layers. Bake at 350 F for 3045 minutes until tender and browned. During the last 10 minutes of cooking, drizzle warmed Old Fashioned Creamy Caramel Sauce over the top and finish browning. Can also be done on the grill in a foil pan, covered with foil until the last stage of cooking.

Combine Ginger Wasabi Teriyaki Marinade & Simmer Sauce and honey, mix well. Alternate chunks of 3 eggs (room temperature) pork, pineapple and red bell 1 Tbsp butter pepper on each of 4 metal 2 Tbsp Goat Cheese skewers. Brush liberally with 2 Tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Ginger Wasabi mix. & Onion Relish Grill over medium heat until Sunset Seasoned Salt & pork is done, about 5-6 minblack pepper (to taste) utes on each side. Serve Olive oil with white rice. Break 3 eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork until frothy, season with Sunset Seasoned Salt and pepper to taste. Heat pan and coat with olive oil, melt butter. Pour egg mixture into pan. As the mixture firms, run a fork around the edge and underneath so it cooks evenly throughout. Dollop goat cheese on one half of the omelet while in the pan. Fold over cooked egg mixture and slide omelet onto plate. Top with warmed Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Relish and serve.

Ranch Mashed Potatoes


6 medium potatoes 3/4 cup sour cream 1/2 packet Spicy Ranch dip mix 2 Tbsp. butter Mix the dip mix into the sour cream and set aside. Peal, cut and boil potatoes until soft. Drain; add the sour cream mixture and butter, mash as usual.
