Marketing Coordinator Marketing Director Exempt

The Marketing Coordinator will work to build and develop prospect and student recruitment campaigns in support of ResponsiveEd Schools. He/She will assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing and/or promotional materials such as informational packets, flyers, brochures, and other campus literature. This includes ordering and maintaining inventory for all marketing materials. Qualifications:

A Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business administration or similar field. Knowledge of MS Office software with emphasis on spreadsheet and database management. Self motivated - self starter/likes to take initiative. Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to focus on short-term and long-term goals simultaneously. 1 year experience in Marketing or related field preferred. Minimum two (2) years experience in similar role preferred Team orientation and flexibility to take on new tasks and manage multiple projects Knowledge of AP style guidelines Editing and writing experience Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tools

Typical Duties:
y y y y y Assist the communications department in the implementation of local and statewide student recruitment and enrollment initiatives. Proactively identify and develop opportunities to promote ResponsiveEd and our schools. Coordinate print, e-mail, and web-based marketing materials for campus marketing and new student prospecting, engagement, and retention efforts. Research publications, evaluate editorial calendars and opportunities for advertising to support campus marketing and student recruitment efforts. Organize and maintain an active computerized database to facilitate data analyses of marketing efforts.
