Placement Details 2009-2011

MFMRI students have been offered PPOs (pre placement offers) on the basis of their achievements in their Summer Training by organisations like Reliance, HDFC, Birla Sun life to name a few. The Training and Placement Cell invites companies to give a preplacement presentation to our students. These presentations are aimed at giving the students a feel of the company that they may work for. The students are encouraged to ask questions on anything they consider relevant to their career and make a decision on whether they wish to apply for a job with that organisation. The CVs are submitted to the Training and Placement Cell, which then forwards it to the organisation. Direct canvassing for jobs with the invited companies is not permitted. Also, once a student opts for a company, he/she is not allowed to withdraw the same.
Post offered by the Companies are: - As Our programme is highly valued by the Insurance (Life & General), Micro-Finance, Banking Companies, Surveyors, Corporate underwriters. The job offered by them to MFMRIans varies widely. The Job Profile offered by the Companies was the Cluster mix of Operation, R&D, Finance & Marketing. The job Profile offered were Risk Analyst, Claim Processor, junior Underwriter, Insurance Management trainee (IMT), Asst. Product Manager (APM), Policy Research Development Officer (PRDO), Branch Manager & Assistant BM, Senior Sales Manager (SSM). Major Companies for Recruitment were:- Star Union Dai-ichi life insurance, Bharati AXA general insurance, Reliance General Life, SBI Life Insurance, Birla sun life insurance, AEGON religare, TATA AIG, HDFC, Future Generali, Bajaj Allianz, Team Life Care (TLC). Placement Details: Highest Package Offered:- 6 Lacs Per Annum. Average Package Offered:- 2.8 lacs. Total Students: 27 No. of Placement offers made:- 121 Ratio of offers to Students:- 5:1 (Approx) Students Not Participated in Placement Session:- 02 Note:- In this academic Year We also Provided Placement Assistance to other Courses (1 yr. PGD Course PGDRI, Barkachha Campus).
