Terms and ConditionsPlease Read Carefully: All loans are considered from members who have been saving regularly and have been a member for about 12 weeks. Loans applications will need to be supported by evidence of loan repayment capacity in order to be considered. If a member fails to repay their promotional loan within the period of one calendar year from day of issue, the interest rate on that loan will be recalculated at our standards rate of interest 9.57%APR and added to your loan balance. The Credit Union reserve the right to refuse any loan application. Your loan application and Credit Agreement consent are legally binding. It is the policy of this Credit Union to take whatever steps are necessary (including legal action) to recover all amounts due, including interest and costs.
