    Based on the findings of the present investigation, the following suggestions are made for future study:

    Performance evaluation of EIX process on removal of arsenic from high strength wastewater. Performance evaluation of EIX process on removal of other inorganic salts from aqueous phase. Assessment of the influence of current density on performance of EIX process for arsenic removal from contaminated water. Performance evaluation of EIX process with cylindrical reactor.
