    I understand that the City of Los Angeles will have to approve the type of tree and its exact placement.
    I understand I will be required to water and care for the tree for a period of 5 years after it is planted.

    to me after the tree is planted.
    I understand that the City of Los Angeles will be responsible for tree trimming.
