MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THE PRESENT:

This Agreement made and entered into and between AMIR, MONGKOY, PUTRI, MANTA,
of legal ages, married and with addresses at CEBU, hereinafter known as the First Party.
________________________________, of legal ages, married and with address at
___________________________ , hereinafter known as the Second Party

WITNESSETH
1. The subject matter of the agreement is as appeal case to the Court of Appeals in
CA.GR. No.65640. and supersedes all others previous contact / agreement which had
been referred into by between the first and second party.
2. The second Party is responsible to negotiate and mediator to the MR.
ABDULMAJEED D. DJAMLA Atty-in- fact the Attorney Manuel D. Ballelos Legal
Council of the First Party.
3. The first party will give the two (02%) percent of the Case awarded to their claim to
the Second Party, the said (02%) shall be deducted from the total claim upon delivery
to the first party.
4. The two (02%) percent be deducted to separate check from all principal claim as gift
to second party as mediator to settle to follow-up the claim.
5. The first party and second party agree that this agreement is effecgcvb nbtive upon
the signing of this agreement.
