1 Jalan Ampang Hilir, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia To: Mr. Aryoubi Yama Head of Customers Service Office Blue Sky Airlines Co-operation 8423 Green Terrace Road Sydney, Australia 30th June 2011 RE: Regarding my lost luggage on flight No. EA2548 (CIA KLIA) Dear Mr. Yama, As a longtime and frequent flier of Blue sky Airlines, I am confident that you will be as appalled as I am at my recent experience when your airliner lost my luggage, which almost cost me my job. On 15 th June 2001, I departed from Cairo International Airport (CIA) to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) on Flight No. EA2548. Imagine my disappointment and frustration when I stood by the luggage carousel for over 3 hours waiting for it. I reported to the airport officials and with your airline's agents in the terminal about my lost belongings, and asked them to find them, but no where to be found. In fact, I received little sympathy, as no one was paying attention to my problem seriously and did not even go to the hotel to rest. In the following morning, I was told by your airline agents that my luggage was mistakenly put in another flight to Karachi and it will take 4 days to retrieve them back. My frustration reached its boiling point and my face, behavior and tone proved it. Now, it has been more that 2 weeks and I am yet to receive my lost bags. Surely you are not aware of the subsequent rude behavior that passengers such as myself were subjected to. I have been flying with your airline for 7 years and have never been so shocked. Please investigate this matter at your earlier convenience, and get back to me within a week with an explanation and appropriate compensation. Sincerely,
