VENDOR hereby represents and guarantees that the activity carried on during the hours of use shall not be in violation of any law ordinance, or rule of the State of Oregon and the City Portland. The VENDOR shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Federation of the Philippine American Chambers of Commerce from and against all claims and demands for loss or damage, including property or consequential damage, personal injury and wrongful death, arising out of or in connection with the use or occupancy of the booth space. The VENDOR shall reimburse the Federation of the Philippine American Chambers of Commerce for all its costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, in connection with defense of any such claims. Vendor/Exhibitors: Set up begins Thursday, August 19th from 9:00 to 11:00am.

Your completed trade show booth agreement grants PACCO the use of your name (as submitted) on all 2011 FPACC Bi-Nation Convention and Trade Show print and electronic elements.
