Open line of communication between employee and manager. Informal day to day policy discussion. Mutual respect and enhanced relationship. Offering Yoga instructions wellness of body and mind spirit. Subscription for books and magazine and giving concession on theatre tickets.

Manager should follow participative leadership rather than autocratic leadership style. To retain top performing employees is better than to remove them.
