    1. All participants must sign and return attached release of liability form and
    copy of Arena rules.
    2. You are discouraged from bringing dogs. If you do, they must be on a leash
    no longer than 6 feet and under your control at all times.
    3. Parents are responsible for their childs actions. Helmet use will be per Florida
    law.
    4. For safety reasons absolutely no horses allowed in spectator/vendor area.
    5. All horses on grounds must be entered in a class
