Objective
To study the role of IT enabled services in transforming the service delivery platform in Telecom sector and measure the effects in customer satisfaction.

2. Background
After ITC services changed the way of doing business in various se cotrs now is the time we dig a little deeper and explore the alternatives of how to render thes e ITC services easier to adopt and used by not just big but also small and medium scale enterprises in a developing country like India . Information techno logy plays key role today in driving the growth of an o rganization by enabling both int ernal (supportive) and external processes required to conduct busine ss, be it services, retail or manufacturing. ITES has played a major role in Telecom sector by facilitating the ease of providing service, improving quality and assurance, cutting cost and finally passing the benefits to customer. We intend to study the effect of these enhancement in service delivery by customer satisfaction survey.
