PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES DEFINITION Getting to know the features EB product very well. Graduating myself to very well understand the Line of Business ACI is in. Get to know the Market Scenarios much in advance (Compared to the competeitors). Being extremely innovative in approach across my work profile. Think out of the Box. Need to have hands on experience on Requirement Management Tools such as DOORS, SDLC processes such as AGILE, PDM. I also want to be involved in Executing USER STORIES and respective collaborative sessions. Being a very good Team Player. Maintaining clear communication between the Team Mates. A knowledge sharing session should be help on a regular basis in the Product Managemant Team. Each resource in the Product Management Team might be handling different task. As and when we do the task, trouble shooting activities take place. Over-view of those activities to be shared among the team mates, so that every one in the team has an awareness.
