Market Share
2007, iRemit said the IPO shares were priced at the mid-point of the indicative price range of P4 to P5.77 per share and set a final price of P4.68 per share for its initial public offering (IPO). iRemit also enjoyed an increase in its market share, from five percent in 2007 to seven percent in 2008.

As a remittance company registered with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), iRemit's remittance activities are governed by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of 2001. Recently, the Grade 1 pupils of the P . Guevara Elementary School in Binondo were the recipients of school supplies. I-Remit has also turned over funds to Synergeia Foundation to support the reading proficiency program of the school's Grade 1 pupils.
