Every item of personal property fits into one and exactly one of the Bold Italicized Types. Where the bold italicized types have subtypes, each item of property will fit into one and exactly one of the subtypes. For example, a right to payment for a sale of goods is an Account. Furthermore, it is not a health-careinsurance receivable. Therefore, it is an all other account. Almost all pleadings and court documents will refer to an all other account simply as an account.
