June 2011 Dear Educator, Newsday is pleased to offer newspaper subscriptions to Long Island school libraries as part of our School Library Program for the 2011/2012 school year. Please note that for the 2011/2012 school year, the rate per copy remains at $0.50. Copies are available Monday through Friday. The minimum order per library is three copies per day, with a maximum of ten per day. Please also note that these copies must be kept in the participating schools library for student use as per our auditing guidelines. A school purchase order for the 2011/2012 school year is necessary to begin delivery. Please list any dates you do not want delivery or include a school calendar as not all districts close on the same dates for holiday/vacation periods. A contact phone, legible signature and email address must also be provided.
