CONCENTRATED LIQUID CLEANER BASE

Liquid cleaner base is a clear concentrated cleaner with built in chrome control and iron complexers with excellent conductance. Normal Use LC-B is the base material for multi-component liquid cleaner systems. Adds of supplementary materials are required to produce electrocleaner and soak cleaners for steel. Advantages

FARA - LCB

When adding LC-B to water, solution is immediate. Heat of solution is very low, reducing the chance of boil over. Easy to use conductivity meter to control concentration. Easy to pump into tank. No undissolved cleaner in bottom of tanks.

Fill tank 2/3 full with clean water and add the LCB components at recommended concentrations. Heat to operating temperature. Control Procedures See correct LCB or LEC products for detailed instructions. Control methods are supplied for each application.

Equipment Pipes and pumps should be black iron. Use gate valves where needed. Pumps are usually centrifugal, all iron-pumps with stainless steel shaft. Heaters and tanks of mild steel are suitable. Storage This cleaner will withstand cold temperature but may solidify. Store at temperature over 10 C. If frozen, it will reconstitute itself without any adverse consequences upon warming. Handling LC-B contains caustic soda in solution. Wear protective clothing and face shield. care should be exercised to prevent splashing or splattering this on eyes, skin or clothing. It is corrosive to human tissue. If contact is made flush with water for 15 minutes.
