    This warranty is valid in Malaysia for the following periods from the date of purchase:a) Transceiver 12 months d) Original Handsfree- 1 month b) Battery 1 month e) LCD Module & Joystick- 1 week. c) Original charger and Adapter 1 month This warranty covers repair by local warranty centre. Replacement without charge to the purchaser, any parts proved to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, provided that the purchase of the equipment was made from an authorized dealer of the equipment. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from :a) Normal wear off and tear. b) Use other than in accordance with the operating manuals. c) An unauthorized disassembly, service repair. d) An unauthorized alteration or modification. e) f) g) h) Misuse, abuse negligence or accident howsoever caused. This warranty also does not cover expendable items including:a) Sling. c) Chassis b) Antenna. d) Cover casing/ pouch This warranty will be null and in any of the following events:a) If the serial number or warranty seal on the equipment has been defaced or removed. b) If any term contained in this warranty has been altered or modified in any way without the prior written local warranty centre Request for replacement or repair within the warranty period without producing this warranty card will not be entertained. This warranty is in lied of any, and all others warranties expressed or implied, specially including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose local warranty centre assume no liability for the breach of the warranty beyond correcting the breach in the manner described above. In no event shall local warranty centre be liable for consequential loss or damages, including loss of use or loss of profits resulting from the product. In the event of defects covered by this warranty arising warranty period, the equipment should at the expense of the purchaser be sent to us.
