Complex Maintenance Plans
Plans generating notifications are used to identify all routine operations & security personnel work such as fire extinguisher and fire door checks, permit audits, emergency response program reviews, MSDS reviews, windsock checks.
PM plan scheduling is used to generate QM inspection lots for daily lab verification testing as well for scheduled calibration work on the lab equipment. Verification and calibration results recording in QM are tied back to individual lab equipment identified in PM. A unique functional location hierarchy (separate from the plant hierarchy) is being used to identify where in the manufacturing process a sample is being taken from for inspection.
CS Notifications and a unique functional location hierarchy are used to log all support calls instead of a 3rd party solution. Functional Location hierarch is set up representing the unique business processes and areas Partner function is used to identify the support team and individual assigned to the call. Tasks & activities are used to log progress on the call. Cause, Damage, Activity coding is used to identify what type of call it was and what object it was associated with.
Mini Project detailing all the steps required to be taken before a material is added to the material master. Usage of general task list and QM
