Inspection activities starts from material identification to final job inspection which includes, i) Plate, pipe & flanges identification. ii) All Fit up & stage inspection. iii) Prepare all fit up & stage inspection reports to ensure the quality. iv) Handle the third party inspector (LRA, EIL, BVIS, TUV, Velosi etc) v) Dish end inspection in-house & at vender shop. vi) Pneumatic test, hydrotest inspection. vii) Final documentation & to get IRN (inspection release note).
