If dates are not available, there will be no time slots listed. The main page URL can be modified with a specific date, barcode, and post code to go directly to the form page.     In this page enter barcode for example AA001aksds (a code with ten characters) when you entered barcode number can see calendar page ,

    When this site be open, changes color of calendar ,

    At the moment you can see which dates are available and their capacity. When some dates are available you can click on their link, and go to form page ,

    There are some radio time for select . When dates not available dont have any radio time in from page ,
