Bread Pudding With Milk Sauce
B 4 tablespoons castor sugar 2 tablespoons butter 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 tablespoon cornflour/maziena
C 2 tablespoon raisins
Method : 1. Shred the bread and soak in the fresh milk for 1/2 hour. 2. Mix well ingredients B and pour into the soaked bread. 3. Add in raisins. 4. Pour into a well-greased baking tin.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes or till done. 6. Leave to cool. When serving, pour the milk sauce.
MILK SAUCE
Ingredients : 2cups of Fresh Milk 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence 1 tablespoon Cornflour 2 tablespoons of Sugar
Method : 1. Boil the fresh milk on medium heat. 2. Once boiled, add the Vanilla essence and Cornflour mix. Stir well. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Ready to use.
