    Madame: I am respectfully requesting your good office the approval to consider the subjects taken under Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management (MSIEM) be considered as a substitute subject for the subjects I have not taken under the existing curriculum in Master of Industrial Engineering and Management. I have entered the Graduate School during the school year Summer 2009-2010. There was a misunderstanding during that time since the new curriculum under MSIEM was released. I have mistakenly thought that I am under the new curriculum but upon further clarification, based on the school year have entered in the Graduate School, I am under the existing curriculum in MIEM. However, I have already taken subjects in MSIEM program and so; I am requesting to please consider the subject below as substitute to the following subjects: Taken Subjects Under MSIEM Program IEM632 Fundamentals of Industrial Engineering and Management IEM631- Organization and Strategy Equivalent in MIEM Program IEM622 Operations Management IEM623 Strategic Management for Engineers
