Server:
1. Installation of Oracle 9i. a. Important Parameters: i. Global Database Name: PNRDIFMS SID: PNRDIFMS ii. Sys Password: pnrdifms iii. System Password: pnrdifms b. Rest of the time just Click on Next Button. 2. Copy the RHS_DATA.mdb in C: Drive. 3. Create ODBC for Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb) with the name RHS as USER DSN and link with RHS_DATA.mdb 4. Create Microsoft ODBC for Oracle as System DSN with the name RHS2008ORACLE 5. Go to Oracle Orahome92 Configuration & Migration tool Net Configuration Assistant a. Select Local Net Service Configuration b. Select Add c. Select Oracle 8i or later Database or Service d. Input Service Name: PNRDIFMS e. Protocol: TCP f. Host: Your Server IP (in case of Standalone Computer, the IP is 127.0.0.1) g. Port: Default h. Net Service Name: RHS2008ORACLE i. Test the connection by changing the System Password as pnrdifms 6. Install JRE for RHS Setup 7. Install AdbeRdr705_enu_full 8. Execute RHS_Administration\Createuser\RHSCreateUser.exe to create User and Grant Privileges 9. Execute Data_Convertion\RHSAccessToOracle.exe from Command Prompt for transferring Access to Oracle (Where database is already in Oracle this exe is not required) 10. Execute Data_Convertion\RHS200MConvertion.exe from Command Prompt to update data structure for executing RHS2.0.0M 11. Paste RHS2.0.0M Folder to your Hard Disk. Execute RHS200M.exe Client: A. Install Oracle 9i Client B. Create ODBC for Oracle as System DSN with the name RHS2008ORACLE C. Net configuration is same as mentioned at Point 5. Here you must specify the IP Address of the Server. D. Install JRE for RHS Setup E. Install AdbeRdr705_enu_full F. Paste RHS2.0.0M Folder to your Hard Disk. Execute RHS200M.exe How to Import *.dmp file into Oracle 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Execute RHS_Administration\Dropuser\RHSDropUser.exe to Drop User Copy the .dmp file into RHS_Administration\Import_Dmp Execute RHS_Administration\Import_Dmp\RhsImportDmp Click on the .dmp file shown at the right side to select the particular .dmp file Click on Import
