Pistachio Crust
• 1 cup chopped pistachio
• 1 cup Japanese bread crumbs
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup seasoned flour
• 6 salmon filets
Papaya Salsa
Mix all ingredients together
• 1 papaya, diced
• 1/8 cup red onion 1 diced tomato
• 1/8 cup oil
• 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
• 1 tablespoon tarragon
• 1 teaspoon salt-and-pepper mixture
• 1/8 cup cooked and diced shrimp
