97 Northern Cass Library, Hunter, ND Monday, May16, 2011 4:30 PM Present: Audie Brorson, Joel Degerness, Bart Marvel Susie McDonald Julie Keckler Business Manager Allen Burgad Superintendent Absent: Jody Bohn, Lance Nelson, Char Pueppke Meeting called to order by President Brorson. Negotiations committee presented master agreement for 2011-2013 as agreed upon by board and teacher negotiators. The following are the changes to be implemented: limiting of years of experience to 10 years was removed, contract increased to 184 days, dual credit course teachers to be reimbursed at $1000 per college semester course, inservice pay to $19.00 per hour, excurricular Robitics 4%, JETS 1%, PAY 2%, Lifesmarts 1%, Science Fair to 2%,German Club to 1.5 %, increase extra season tables to $250 and $300.00, 2011-2012 base increase of $1750 ($31,425) and 2012-2013 base increase of $1350 ($32,775), board will continue to pay all of both sides of ND TFFR, increase MA Lane and MA/10 Lane by $400. Moved by Degerness second by Marvel to approve 2011-2013 Master Agreement as presented carried unanimously on roll call vote.
