Comes now the Petitioner, by counsel, , and moves this Court to enter a citation against Respondent, and require him to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of Court. In support of this Petition, Petitioner states as follows: 1. That on April 16th, 2010 an agreement was made in Mediation with the mediator

and signed by both parties and approved as an order by the court that respondent would make every effort to pay Petitioner bi-weekly 2. That Respondent has failed to pay child support as ordered.
