    SUMMARY In this case study, officer of eze castle apply the rule of kindergarten in their own organization. Eze castle is a company which develops the security software. Performance of eze castle was superb first five year. But suddenly attention of workers is converting in to non workable activity. That is a big reason of reducing the production level of company and its cost increase day by day At the same time two skilled office of Eze leave the organization. Now nobody knows what to do? And how to manage the stock? By chance one officer of Eze castle attended his daughter kindergarten class and deeply observes how much the peoples are socializes and in which manner they divide their work. Now he compares the situation of Eze with kindergarten. After come back he applies all rule and regulation in their own organization. these rules prove very effective for it and all situation totally changed. An d its output increase up to maximum level all employees enjoys all facility like refreshment, lunch heath facilities etc. and such facilities motivate the employee then they reduce the electricity cost up to 75%. And also increase production.
