Unwrapped stalls will trade from 5pm to 9pm on Thursday 4 December 2008 on Rokeby Road, Subiaco, (between Roberts Rd and Hay Street), which
will be closed to traffic for the evening. Stall holders are responsible for supplying adequate stock and staff for the duration of the event. One trestle
table and two chairs will be provided for each stall - any other furniture requirements are the stall holders responsibility. Applicants will be notified of
a place within two weeks of application. The judges decision is final. Applications will be judged on the mandatory criteria and creative merit. Only a
set amount of stalls will be available and discretion will be exercised by the judges to ensure an appropriate mix of products and styles is achieved
for each event. Applicants who are awarded a place and then withdraw after paying their fees will not be eligible for a refund.
