POSITIVE STRESS
Positive is known as eustress ( good stress ). Eustress can be defined as mild or constructive stress which actually improves personal productivity. Example:

Negative stress is also known as distress ( bad stress ). Distress is severe and persistent stress which results in excessive psychological on physiological strain. Example:
