Membership cards handed out to those members whove paid their 10 subscription. Committee Positions Matt cant act as treasurer due to a conflict with his job. Ryan has agreed to take on the role and this was approved. Bank update Darryl is organising bank account but the Bank require constitution and rules, see next item. Constitution and rules Members approved the Constitution and Rules previously circulated, with one suggested amendment to state that the AGM will take place 12 months from the inaugural meeting ie, July 2012. It was proposed that there should also be a policy on ticket distribution to avoid any doubt. Darryl circulated a proposal which was approved. Website The website has been set up. It was suggested that it could be used for adverts that could raise income for the branch. Approved. Venue Dave A is still looking at possible venues, so far have yet to find an ideal venue that is the right size, has a good screen, is free and not a haunt of the Trafford Redsox. 1

White Lion suggested although its believed the landlord is one of them, or Haslingden CC. Dave/Kitty to investigate. For time being well continue to use the Woolpack. Transport Members making their own way to the Community Shield. 9 tickets requested for the Bolton game so assuming we get them it was agreed wed car share and meet beforehand. Dave A to look at possibility of hiring a minibus for home games, otherwise we can look at car share. Tickets Community Shield tickets distributed. Bolton tickets yet to be received.
