Trong 10 Qui tc vng ca WHO cho vic la chn v dng thc phm th Qui tc th nht l li khuyn hy chn thc phm c x l m bo an ton, v trong cc phng php bo m an ton hin c khch hng nn chn thc phm x l bng bc x.
