Title: Sales manager

LOCATION: Hyderabad

Reporting to: Managing Partner Job Description: Responsible for the Sales of Solid Works Licenses and P/L of Solid Works Division business Owning responsibility for the development, execution and performance of Solid Works Sales to increase overall presence and profitability. Building long term relationships. Conduct onsite needs assessment with customers and present suite of Engineering Solutions. Meet or exceed monthly and annual unit and revenue goals Manage the sales activities and provide detailed, accurate monthly forecasts Work hand in hand with engineers to demonstrate solutions to fill client needs. Continue a coordinated effort to ensure client success and ongoing sales opportunities. Profile Description: 7-10 years of sales experience with at least 4-5 years handling the sales of CAD/CAM software. Education in mechanical engineering/diploma is preferable.

Solution based approach with get it done attitude and strong selfmotivational attributes

Must have high standards for themselves, their product and their services. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent customer relationship skills. Strong knowledge of the MCAD industry is very highly desired. Prior experience selling Solid Works or other CAD systems is a strong plus.
