Includes: Food to Thrive Setting the scene facts and stats on childrens eating habits Nutrition lunchbox ideas Education nutrition related activities for children and a chance to share ideas Food demonstration Fundamental Movement Skills Education looking at the development of fundamental movement skills in under 7s and how these contribute to active children and all round development.
