    Pre-requisites for accessing TTK TPA Web Application:

    Application is supported on Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 & 7.0 and Firefox Mozilla 2.0.0.12 browsers.

    Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 & 7.0:

    Step 1: Invoke the (IE) browser. Under Tools Pop-up Blocker, you can notice the following menu option either Turn Off Pop-up Blocker or Turn On Pop-up Blocker.

    Step 2: Click on the option Turn off Pop-up Blocker. Once done, pop up blocker will be turned off and following settings will be shown.

    Firefox Mozilla 2.0.0.12:


    Step 1: Click on Tools Options, to get the following screen. Uncheck the Block pop-up windows and click Ok.

    In the case, where Yahoo or Google Tool bars are installed, please ensure that pop-up blocker is disabled appropriately.

    Step 3: On the Address bar, type in www.ttkhealthcareservices.com as shown below and proceed Further to access TTK TPA Web application and choose the appropriate options to login and click on GO Step 4: For the selected login options (Employee Login), following Login screen will appear.

    Please select Employee Login

    Note : Please do not copy paste user ID, and password. Select policy no from the icon

    Please type group Id, User ID, Password mentioned in the mail Please click here to select policy no. or type details given in mail.

    Please click here to see your family members

    Click here for addition/deletion

    Please type dependent name Please select the relationship

    Click here to select gender

    Please type DOB in DD/ MM/YYYY format

    Click here to save

    Click here for E-card download
