    Gilgit Baltistan Dear Sir. Singal Students Welfare Association is one of the oldest non profit organizations in Gilgit Baltistan. Its main office is located in village Singal and branch offices are located in different parts of Pakistan. The most dynamic and biggest sub branch is currently functioning in Karachi. From the past many decades it has been working for the students belong to Gilgit Baltistan. Since its establishment it has arranged many seminars and career program for students. Besdides serving students, it has also entertained aged people in Karachi by arranging picnic parties and cultural programs. It had been passing through a critical stage of its time, for the previous some years. The lack of quality leader ship had taken it to declination. The well wishers of the association were astonished about the future of this institution. Thats why a new set up has been given to the cabinet, which is mainly consist of students. Our students have the potential to take it up to the peak, because most of them are studying in leading universities and colleges of Pakistan. They want to organize different career programs, seminars, talent hunt programs, and article writing competitions etc for students. Apart from this, different programs will be arranged for aged people, children and people belonging to different fields of life. We are going to organize a cultural program for the entertainment of our people in coming days. This program has been designed to promote our culture in Karachi. Another reason of arranging this program is to promote the talent of our student through cocurricular activities. You are well aware of the financial problems with this association because you have been the 4th president. It is therefore requested you to contribute some financial assistance for our association. We are confident that we will take this association to the peak as your dynamic and versatile leadership had taken during your tenure. We hope you will not disappoint us, because you people have established this association and surely you will not let it for dying.
