Assessments: Physical Head to Toe Finger sticks Vitals Pain, etc. Documentation: Inet/Iview/forms Core Measures/ Nursing Outcomes IPOCs Quality Measures (Dashboard & IPOCs)

Acclimate yourself to the unit and hospital environment Get a feel for the workflow on the unit Begin Complete self-assessment on orientation checklist, present to Preceptor and Educator.
