MAJOR CRIMES: ARRESTS: OTHER INFORMATION: 1100808-0637-02 Larceny of Motor Vehicle 13530 Toka Court Complainant advised her son had three friends over last night and sometime during the night, someone took her vehicle. She stated, Davison Police called her and said the vehicle was used to commit a crime in Davidson. 1100808-0926-01 Fraud/Forgery 9101 Sam Furr Road The complainant advised someone stole his credit card in July. They used it at the Circle K in Huntersville and the other locations in Charlotte and Greensboro. The subject(s) were able to obtain $56.21 of goods without adequately reimbursing the store. 1100808-1210-01 Larceny 9124 Lacross Drive Complainant advised, while on vacation someone stole the air conditioner/ heat pump from his home. 1100808-1246-01 Suspicious Person/Activity 15903 Kelly Park Circle Complainant advised two black males were going from one home in the neighborhood to the next; attempting to look through the windows. Officers responded but were unable to locate the subjects. One subject was wearing red shorts and a black shirt. 1100808-1256-01 Suspicious Person/Activity 13611 Alston Forest Drive Complainant advised a white male was claiming to sell books for CMS. He was wearing green shorts, green shirt and carried a messenger bag. Officers responded but were unable to locate the subject. 1100808-1254-01 Larceny 12012 Gibralter Drive Complainant advised someone stole his air conditioning unit from the rear of his building during the past week. At this time, there are no witnesses or suspects. 1100808-1621-01 Domestic Disturbance 10130-204 Rose Brook Lane Officers responded to a report of a mother and daughter involved in a verbal altercation, no assault took place. At the request of the mother, officers advised her of civil options for removing the daughter from the home.

TO: 1800 Hours

110808-1716-01 Disturbance 9701 Sam Furr Road Complainant (Sams Mart Shell) advised a black male wearing tan pants and a white shirt carrying a box was creating a disturbance in the store and refused to leave. When the clerked called police, the subject left the store and walked towards Mickey and Mooch. Officers were still attempting to locate the subject when this log was generated.
