Upon arrival, the son would not comply with officers requests and was taken into custody for disorderly conduct. Further charge(s) to be sought regarding the mothers role in these events. 110806-0055-01 DWI/NOL 9605 Sherill Estates Rd German Gonzalez, H/M DOB 10/23/1968, was taken into custody for DWI and NOL following a traffic stop. 110806-0230-01 DWI 16616 Ranger Trail William Carl Jackson, W/M DOB 04/22/1982, was taken into custody for DWI following a traffic stop. OTHER INFORMATION: (Case #, Crime, Type, Location, 1-2-Sentence Summary) 110805-2341-01 Disturbance Central Ave/Holbrooks Rd The Sloan siblings got into a verbal argument in the roadway. All parties went their separate ways for the evening. 110806-0415-01 Breaking and Entering Harvest Market/15906 N Old Statesville Two males were observed on surveillance after entering the store through a broken window. This was still being investigated when this log was being drafted. 110806-0443-01 Breaking and Entering Cashions Quick Stop/16600 NC 73 A window was broken by unknown suspects to gain entry. This was also being investigated when this log was drafted.
