CONSENT & RELEASE Short Film-Script Writing Contest

I, ______________ (thereinafter referred to as the Writer), in the event that my treatment or script is the winner of the India Transformation Young Creative Leaders Script Writing Contest2011(the Contest),without compensation in the form of a feeagree to grant OneHope, its affiliates, and anyone producing under its authority (collectively, OH) full right and permission to use my script,___________ (the Work) to be producedas a Short Film, acceptedas theAward. The Writer and OHacknowledge and agree that OH is the owner of all rights in and to the completed Work.The ownership rights vested in and to OH with respect to the Work include, but are not limited to: 1. The exclusive and perpetual ownership of the Work. 2. The exclusive and perpetual right throughout the world to manufacture, advertise, sell, lease, license, convey, synchronize with any medium, or otherwise use or dispose of the Work by any method now or hereafter known, in any field of use; 3. To obtain copyright registration of the Work in OHs name; 4. The right to release the Work under any trade name or trademark as OH may elect; and 5. The exclusive and perpetual right to sell and exploit the Work. 6. The right to change and utilize the work in any print and non-print products, in any future editions or product revisions, including exclusive world rights in all languages, and on any medium or forum, whether now known or hereinafter created. 7. The right to make changes to the Writers Work, to rewrite, adapt, reorder, revise, subtract from, add to, change the sequence, characters and descriptions thereof, and/or change the title in any way as OneHope sees fit. Should the Writers Work not be utilized for any purpose, the writer will regain all rights in and to the Work. The Writer agrees to sign any document reasonably requested by OH that might further evidence or perfect OHs ownership of the Work, including ownership of any rights of the Writer in the Work under copyright. The Writer (____________) shall receive, free of charge, a DVD copy of the Picture for Owners private, non-commercial literary use only, when the film is complete. The Writer represents and warrants to OH that: (a) the Work is original, not copied from any other work or material; (b) he/she has the full power to enter into this Agreement and that no other person can claim authorship of the Work; (c) the Work does not and will not infringe or otherwise violate any proprietary rights of any third party; and (d) the Work does not contain any

matter that is obscene, libelous, or otherwise in contravention of law. The Writer will indemnify and hold OH harmless against any and all claims, suits, damages, and judgments, including court costs and attorneys fees arising from any breach of the foregoing warranties. The parties further acknowledge and agree that the Writer is an independent creative and the Writer will not be considered or treated as an employee of OH for any purpose. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties governing the parties rights in and to the Work and will not be amended except by written agreement of both parties. This Agreement will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties successors and assigns. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
